Everything here is cut unisex, and every measurement is of the garment laid flat rather than of a body.
Take a jumper you already like, lay it flat, and measure across the chest one inch below the armhole. Find the closest number in the table below. That is your size here, regardless of what the label in your own jumper says.
A chest figure of 58 cm means the garment is 58 cm across, so 116 cm around. Do not compare it against your own chest measurement — compare it against a garment.
| Size | Chest (flat) | Body length | Sleeve | Shoulder |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| XS | 52 | 64 | 61 | 44 |
| S | 55 | 66 | 63 | 46 |
| M | 58 | 68 | 65 | 48 |
| L | 61 | 70 | 66 | 50 |
| XL | 64 | 72 | 67 | 52 |
| XXL | 67 | 74 | 68 | 54 |
These run one size larger than the knitwear on purpose, so they go over a 7-gauge knit without pulling at the shoulder. If you want a shirt fit rather than a layer, size down.

The beanie is one size and stretches from a 54 to a 60 cm head, knitted 24 cm deep with a turn-back cuff. The scarf is 190 × 32 cm.
Take the smaller for knitwear — lambswool and Shetland both relax about a centimetre across the chest after the first wear. Take the larger for the boiled wool jacket, which does not relax at all.
