Free over €95,00, €5,95 below it, and 60 days to change your mind.
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave the same afternoon. Anything later goes the next morning. We do not dispatch at weekends or on Dutch public holidays.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is printed — not when the parcel is scanned, so allow a few hours for the first movement to show.

Prices shown on the site include VAT for EU destinations. For the UK, Switzerland and Norway, import duty and local VAT are charged by the carrier on delivery and are not included — we would rather say so here than surprise you at the door.
Recycled card, paper tape and a cotton bag inside. No plastic and no branded box. Knitwear is folded rather than rolled, so it arrives with the creases it left with.
You have 60 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason. That is far longer than the 14 days EU law requires, because a jumper takes a season to judge.
To qualify, the item must be unworn with its tags still attached. “Unworn” means you can try it on and decide — not that you wore it out and washed it.
We do not run exchanges as a separate process, because it is slower. Return the first item and place a new order — if the new one is now out of stock, tell us and we will hold one for you.
If something arrives faulty, or needs a repair inside the 3-year window, we pay postage both ways. See wool care & repairs.
Nothing on this page limits your rights under EU or Dutch consumer law, including the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and the two-year legal conformity period.
